HOA & Property Management Interior Painting in Skye Canyon, NV

Skye Canyon's roughly 1,700-acre master plan is still building out under Century Communities, which took over as master developer in 2020 — meaning new gated neighborhoods, each with its own HOA, keep getting added inside the larger master-plan boundary. We paint common areas, unit turnovers, and commercial suites across the plan, on a schedule that works around board approval and resident access.

What We Paint in Skye Canyon

Gated Neighborhood Common Areas

Clubhouses, fitness rooms, and mail kiosk structures inside Skye Canyon's individually gated sub-neighborhoods, each with its own board and its own paint schedule separate from the master plan.

Apartment & Rental Turnovers

Unit turnover painting for rental and lease properties in and around the Skye Canyon corridor, standardized to a consistent finish across a portfolio.

Commercial & Retail Suites

Office and retail suite painting for the commercial nodes serving the community along the Skye Canyon corridor, scheduled after hours or on weekends.

Painting HOAs & Communities in Skye Canyon

Skye Canyon isn't one HOA — it's a master plan with its own master association layered under dozens of separately gated neighborhood HOAs, each governed by its own board.

Two-Tier HOA Structure

A Skye Canyon master HOA covers trail and community-wide amenity maintenance, while each gated neighborhood inside the plan runs its own HOA responsible for its own clubhouse, gate area, and common corridors — we scope and bid at whichever level the board manages.

Ongoing Build-Out

With Century Communities continuing to develop acreage acquired in 2020, new gated sections are still being added to Skye Canyon, which means new HOAs and new common-area buildings are still coming online — we work with boards and management companies as those communities mature.

Skye Canyon's master-plan HOA fee runs around $83 a month and covers only the shared trail and amenity system — every individually gated neighborhood inside the plan carries a separate HOA on top of that for its own clubhouse and common areas. If you sit on one of those neighborhood boards or manage the property, we bid your community's common areas directly rather than trying to route everything through the master association.

Materials & Process

Sherwin Williams, Two Coats on Color Changes

Every job uses Sherwin Williams paint. If your board or property manager is changing the community's color scheme, that's a full two-coat application for even coverage — not a single coat over the existing color.

Written Bid Before the Vote

A walkthrough with the board, manager, or ownership contact, followed by a written bid the board can review and approve before anything is scheduled.

Not Sure What Colors Are Approved for Your Home?

There's no single Skye Canyon color palette to point to — exterior color approval is handled by whichever gated neighborhood's HOA and management company oversees your home, separate from the master plan.

Check Your Neighborhood's Governing Documents

Your specific gated neighborhood's CC&Rs or Design Guidelines document is the actual source of truth on approved exterior colors — not the Skye Canyon master association, which only covers trail and shared amenity maintenance.

Contact Your Management Company or ARC

Most Skye Canyon neighborhoods require a written architectural request before any exterior color change. Your management company or Architectural Review Committee can confirm the current approved list or scheme number for your section.

Submit a Color/Exterior-Change Application

If you're changing colors rather than repainting to match, most boards require a color or exterior-change application submitted in advance — plan for board review time before scheduling paint.

We'll Help You Confirm a Compliant Color

When you call for a quote, we'll help you identify or confirm a color that's compliant with your specific neighborhood's guidelines as part of the process — no guessing required.
